ponies vs. bears
Howdy! We’re taking time out from our punishing two days every few months recording schedule to play a gig at The Barfly in Camden on Wednesday 27th April. We’ve never played there before. Hopefully Camden will embrace us to its trendy skinny-jeaned bosom and excuse our awkward out-of-town mannerisms while cheekily ruffing our cheap last-season haircuts. Possibly while trying to sell us some oregano wrapped in clingfilm. Anyway, clichés and cheap jokes at Camden’s expense aside, this should be a good ‘un. We’re playing with KITDAFOS, Pirate & Cobie and Bear Response Team, who sound good and shouty and will no doubt come in handy should any actual bears turn up. I doubt they will though. Bears probably aren’t cool enough for Camden. Ponies are though. Take that, bears. £5 in advance, 7:30 start. More info and other stuff on the Barfly’s website.
